A clear operating agreement for MODPC.
These terms explain how MODPC works, what you can expect from the product, and the responsibilities that apply when you use the site or install the app in a subreddit.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing MODPC, creating an installation, or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What MODPC provides
MODPC is a subreddit-scoped moderation workspace built on Devvit. It may surface queue items, modmail, moderation logs, saved responses, insights, and related workflow tools.
Availability
Some features depend on Reddit permissions, subreddit state, and the availability of external services. We may change or remove features as needed to keep the product stable or compliant.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only where you have permission to moderate or administer the community.
- Do not misuse the app to harass users, evade Reddit policies, or manipulate moderation data.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or live-action confirmation steps.
Data and moderation context
MODPC can display subreddit content, moderator activity, and workflow data required to operate the workspace. Live mode is intended to reflect real Reddit data only; training mode may use seeded scenarios.
Because moderation decisions are sensitive, you are responsible for reviewing any action before you confirm it.
Disclaimers and limits
MODPC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or compatibility with every subreddit configuration.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MODPC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise this page and update the effective date if appropriate. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
Contact
If you have questions about these terms, contact the project owner through the website or the repository that hosts this deployment.
